Walks of Wonder are slow-paced strolls through woods, parks or nature reserves. Designed to reawaken all of your senses, these nature focused walks will leave you feeling calm and reinvigorated. Check out the latest walk dates. Each walk lasts around an hour and places are limited to 12 people.

Researchers from the University of Exeter recently showed that spending at least two hours in nature a week, is more likely to bring you good health and higher psychological wellbeing, compared to those who don’t visit nature at all during the week.
