My nature awareness walks are ideal for team-building and supporting people suffering with anxiety or low confidence.

I offer bespoke walks in a nature reserve, woodland or green space close to your workplace. Choose between Reading town centre, Thames Valley and Green Park business parks or the University of Reading campus.

These walks will also benefit people returning to work after maternity leave, sick leave and teams working under pressure.

As a trained Mental Health First Aider and natural mindfulness guide, my walks are designed to help reduce isolation for people with poor or declining mental health.
